Domestic Orders (shipping within the U.S.):
When our team receives your package back in the office, a member of our team will be able to reach back out to you to verify a new address and send an invoice for the reshipment costs.
Due to the high volume of returns and exchanges in our office, this process may take 30-45 days to complete once your package has returned to us. Currently, we have fewer staff members in the office (due to COVID restrictions) to physically handle return packages sent back to us which has caused delays in our processing of 'return to sender' packages. We appreciate your patience in this process.
International Orders (shipping outside the U.S.)
International orders that are returned to the sender will be refunded the cost of the items. Original shipping costs will not be refunded and unfortunately, these packages will not be re-shipped. We apologize for any inconvenience.
