Unfortunately, once your order is shipped, we are unable to update the shipping address. If you are unable to receive packages at the address the order is shipping to, we highly recommend contacting your local post office to see if they can set up a forwarding address on this as soon as possible. That way, when they attempt to deliver it will forward to your new address.
Please note that if you selected “Economy Shipping” or if your order is shipping internationally (outside of the U.S.) that your order will be shipped by DHL for the majority of transit, but will then be handed off to USPS/your local postal service for final delivery, and they may be able to help you re-route the order as well. You can find your local tracking code listed on the tracking page sent via email.
