Domestic Orders (shipping within the U.S.):
If your order has shipped within the past few days, tracking will update once the order is scanned in by the carrier. Please allow a few days for recently shipped orders to start updating.
Please note that DHL orders are often handed off to USPS for the final delivery, so keep an eye on both the DHL tracking you received, as well as the USPS tracking information (which can typically be found on the right-hand side of your DHL page).
If your order is marked as delivered and you did not receive it yet, please check with your local post office to confirm delivery and if they have more information to provide you about this.
If it has been 30 days since the last tracking update, let us know and we will determine the best next steps.
If it has been less than this time frame, please allow additional time for USPS to catch up. Please continue to keep an eye on tracking in case there are any updates/alerts that you need to respond to.
International Orders (shipping outside the U.S.):
We are currently seeing unprecedented delays with international shipping, due to COVID and long delays during the customs process when the order has arrived at your country. If you notice that tracking has not updated recently, please allow more time for it to catch up.
Please note that DHL will carry the order for most of the transit, then typically hands off the package to your local postal delivery service for the final delivery. Please note the DHL tracking information as well as the local tracking information (listed on the right-hand side of your tracking link). You can use this local tracking number to reference the order with your local postal service.
If it has been more than 45 days since the last tracking update, let us know and we will determine the best next steps and contact DHL for more information.
